STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM 
4 c. heavy cream
4 c. milk
4 c. sugar
4 c. strawberries (measure, then mash)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix cream, milk and sugar in ice cream freezer for 10 minutes. Add mashed strawberries (fresh raspberries or peaches can be used), lemon juice and salt. Continue blending until mixer turns off. The recipe will stay soft even after being put in the freezer. It can be made ahead and frozen until serving time.
