QUICK CHILI BEEF AND RICE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
3/4 c. rice, uncooked
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Brown beef and onions. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer about 25 minutes until rice is cooked.
