BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 stick butter
1 stick butter
3 cloves garlic, chopped fine
2 tsp. Accent
1 bunch fresh broccoli (or 2 boxes frozen broccoli)
2/3 c. soup macaroni
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. dehydrated parsley
1/2 c. pure olive oil

Melt butter and butter together in a large pot. Add garlic and saute until soft. Add parsley and saute for few more minutes. Fill pot with about 10 cups water and let it come to a boil. Then add macaroni and cook until tender (14-15 minutes). Add the broccoli and cook until tender when touched with fork. DO NOT OVER COOK BROCCOLI! Stir frequently to prevent macaroni from sticking but be careful not to break up broccoli. Add salt and pepper and finally the olive oil.

Serve with grated Italian cheese floating on top. Garlic bread makes a good accompaniment for this soup. Serves 6-8.
