Mix:

1 1/4 c. plain flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Press into the bottom of a greased 9- x 13-inch pan. Bake 18 minutes at 375 degrees.

Cool - mix:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 of 9 oz. Cool Whip

Mix and spread on cake layer.

Beat:

1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
1 1/2 c. milk

Spread on 2nd layer.

Beat:

1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 c. milk

Spread on 3rd layer.
