HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
1 c. salad dressing
2 c. chicken or turkey, cooked, cut up
2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. toasted almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. onion, grated
1 c. potato chips, crushed
1/2 c. sharp grated cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix all but potato chips and cheese together. Put into cake pan. Mix cheese and crushed potato chips together and sprinkle on top. Bake in 450 degree oven 10 to 15 minutes. Can use can of cream of chicken soup and decrease amount of salad dressing if so desired.
