VERSA'S BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. sweet milk
1/2 c. oil
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. blueberries, or more

Sprinkle a little of the flour on the blueberries to keep from going to bottom while cooking.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
