NAVY BEAN SOUP 
1 c. cooked navy beans
6 c. shredded cabbage
3 potatoes, diced
1 rib celery, sliced
3 c. water
1 bay leaf
2 c. tomatoes, chopped
4 tbsp. vegetable broth powder

Combine all ingredients and simmer 25 to 30 minutes. Remove bay leaf.

Serves 4.
