DATE NUT BARS 
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Domino brownulated sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. dates, chopped

Stir together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add sugar; mix well. Combine butter and eggs. Add flour mixture; beat until smooth. Stir in nuts and dates. Pour into greased 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cut into bars while warm. Yield: 24 bars.
