TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. milk
3 stalks diced celery
1/2 green pepper
Mushrooms, diced
1/2 med. onion, diced
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
9-12 oz. drained tuna
1/2 c. mayonnaise
8-10 oz. cooked noodles

Combine soup, cheese and milk in saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until melted. Add rest of ingredients. Pour into casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
