FANTASY FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk, undiluted
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow fluff
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, butter, and milk in heavy 2 1/2 quart saucepan and bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling over medium heat for 5 minutes, still stirring constantly, to prevent scorching. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate bits until melted. Add marshmallow fluff, nuts, and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Pour into a 9 x 9 inch pan. Cool at room temperature. Cut in squares. Makes 3 pounds.
