TUNA CASSEROLE | |
2 (6 oz.) cans white tuna 1 c. frozen peas, cooked 2 hard boiled eggs 1/4 c. milk 1 can cream of celery soup 1 c. broken potato chips Dice tuna or chop up, same with eggs. Combine tuna, eggs, peas, add soup and milk. Mix together and put in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 25-30 minutes, then sprinkle potato chips on top and bake 5 minutes more. Serve over potato sticks or chips. Makes 4 servings. |
