MEATBALL SOUP 
1/2 lb. ground beef
3 tbsp. seasoned bread crumbs
2 tbsp. instant minced onions
1 tbsp. minced dry parsley
1 egg
1 pkg. Beef Ramen noodle soup mix
3 c. boiling water
1/2 c. frozen peas
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Mix first 5 ingredients, shape into small balls. Break up noodles from soup mix. Add flavor packet to boiling water, spoon in meatballs (do not add noodles, yet). Simmer 5 minutes. Add 1/2 cup frozen peas and tomato sauce, bring to a boil. Add noodles, cook 3 minutes (I simmer a little longer).
