STEAK SAN MARCO 
2 lbs. chuck steak, cut 1 inch thick & cut into serving pieces
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 (1 lb.) can peeled tomatoes
1 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste

In a large skillet arrange meat, cover with tomatoes, soup mix and remainder of ingredients. Simmer, covered for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender. Serves 4 to 6.
