ALFREDO SAUCE 
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in sauce pan over medium heat and stir in 1 tablespoon of flour. Mix until smooth. Add one 16 ounce light cream. Stir until hot. Beat 2 egg yolks in a bowl and add some warm cream to egg yolks in bowl. Slowly pour balance from bowl into sauce pan and add 2 dashes salt and 2 dashes of white pepper, and 1/2 cup grated cheese (parmesan cheese).
