GOOD 'N' EASY PIZZA 
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar and salt
2 tbsp. oil
2 1/2 c. flour

SAUCE:

1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in sugar, salt, oil, and flour. Beat well, 20 strokes. Allow to rest. Combine and mix sauce ingredients. Spread dough out on pizza pan. Spread sauce over dough. Add favorite toppings (2 cups Mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup green pepper, ham, sausage, pepperoni, sliced olives, etc.). Bake at 425 degrees about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
