TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
7 oz. spaghetti, cooked
1/4 c. butter
4 oz. sliced mushrooms
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. canned turkey or chicken broth
1/2 c. half and half
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Place spaghetti in greased 13x9 pan.

In 2 quart casserole mix butter, mushrooms, chopped onions and lemon juice. Microwave 1 minute; stir and microwave 3 minutes. Add flour, salt, paprika, nutmeg and stir until smooth. Microwave 1 minute and stir well.

Add broth; microwave 3 minutes, stir. Microwave 3-5 minutes until thickened. Mix in half and half and turkey. Pour over spaghetti. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Microwave 12-14 minutes until hot.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
