MONKEY BREAD 
4 tubes refrigerator biscuits (10 per tube)
1 1/3 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Spray a bundt pan with vegetable coating to prevent sticking.

Mix the granulated sugar and 1 tablespoons cinnamon. Place mixture in a zip lock bag. Open one can of biscuits and divide each biscuit into 4 pieces (to make 40 dough balls). Place the balls, 10 at a time in the bag with the sugar mixture, shaking to coat the balls. Place all 40 balls of dough in the bottom of the bundt pan. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of nuts.

In separate bowl, measure the brown sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Sprinkle 1/4 of this sugar mixture over the dough balls. Repeat three more times with the remaining 3 cans of biscuits, brown sugar and nuts.
