PIZZA SUPPER PIE 
1 stick pkg. pastry mix
1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded sharp process cheese
2/3 c. canned pizza sauce

Prepare one 9 inch pastry shell from pastry mix according to package directions. Bake in very hot oven 450 degrees only 7 minutes or just until lightly browned; remove from oven. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees. Slowly brown sausage with fork; drain. Add seasoning.

Beat together eggs and milk; stir in sausage and cheese. Pour into pastry shell. Bake in slow oven 325 degrees 20 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Spread top with pizza sauce. Bake 5 minutes longer. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.
