BEEF - N - BISCUIT PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can Huntz tomato sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
2 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. oil

Brown beef in skillet. Add onion; cook until tender. Drain fat. Add sauce, salt and chili powder; heat. Combine biscuit mix, milk and oil. Knead on floured board. Pat half the dough into 9 inch pie pan. Pour in hot filling. Pat remaining dough and place over filling. Slit top. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
