UPSIDE - DOWN TUNA PIE 
Cover bottom of a deep 8 inch pie pan with 12 thin lemon slices. Cover with mixture:

1 (7 oz.) can tuna fish
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 can cream of chicken (celery or mushroom) soup
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten lightly

Prepare as directed on package - 1 package corn muffin mix.

Spoon over tuna mixture. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Cover with 12 inch plate and invert. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
