1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tbsp. apple pie spice (cinnamon, clove, and allspice)
1 c. black walnuts (chopped)
1 c. pureed prunes

Mix ingredients; pour into tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until straw comes out clean.
