PARTY TETRAZZINI 
1 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
1 can Great America mushroom soup
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. diced cooked chicken, ham, or turkey
1/4 c. celery, cooked and chopped
1 tbsp. sherry
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 tbsp. pimento, chopped
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of cayenne
6 oz. spaghetti, cooked

Cook onion in butter until tender. Blend in soup, cheese, and sherry. Cook over low heat until cheese melts. Stir often. Add meat, pimento, parsley, celery, and spaghetti. Stir gently while heating. Serves 3-4.
