TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 sticks butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

ICING:

1 stick butter, melted
1/4 c. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
3/4 - 1 box powdered sugar
1/2 - 1 c. nuts

Combine in a pan the 2 sticks butter, 4 tablespoons cocoa and 1 cup water; boil until butter is melted and mixed together well. Set aside while you mix the flour, sugar, salt, soda, sour cream, eggs and vanilla. Mix in chocolate mixture. Pour into a greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Ice while cake is hot. Mix icing in saucepan in order given. Spread on cake. Allow to cool before cutting.
