YUM YUM 
1 lg. box instant chocolate pudding
1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding
1 stick of butter
1 c. flour
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
Lg. Cool Whip
1-2 c. walnuts
4 c. milk

Melt butter. Mix with flour. Press to 9 x 13 inch pan. Press 1 cup of nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees until brown. In the meantime, mix your vanilla pudding with 2 cups milk, do the same for the chocolate pudding, then set aside and cream your cream cheese until soft. Add 1/2 the Cool Whip, when crust is cooled, then spread cream cheese mix over crust, then put your chocolate pudding then your vanilla pudding. Put Cool Whip on top with remaining nuts. Put in cooler, then eat.
