APRICOT BRANDY 
1 lb. dried apricots
1 orange, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
1 pkg. seedless raisins
4 lb. sugar (8 c.)
1 gallon lukewarm water
1 yeast cake

Dissolve yeast cake and mix with above ingredients and cover. Let stand for 14 days. Strain with cheesecloth or thin material. Let stand a few days. Siphon into bottles.
