1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 stick butter
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 pt. figs, chopped
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts

Blend ingredients together. Bake in greased bundt or tube pan for 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
