ALMOND FLATBREAD 
3/4 toasted almonds
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sour cream

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grind nuts in blender. Mix all ingredients with fork. Pinch off 1 inch balls. Roll each ball into 4 inch circle on floured board. Bake on ungreased baking sheet 6-8 minutes or about 2 1/2 dozen.
