SUPPER SANDWICH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. sour cream (or cottage cheese)
1 egg, beaten
1 recipe buttermilk biscuits
1 c. grated cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease the bottom of a 9-inch square baking dish. Slowly fry ground beef until done. Remove ground beef and cook onions until tender, but not brown (I cook onions with meat). Combine egg, sour cream, salt, pepper, and add meat.

Follow recipe for buttermilk biscuits. Divide dough into 2 equal parts. Roll each part out about the size of baking dish. Top with ground beef and onion then cheese. Bake 30 minutes. Cut in squares and serve hot.
