CHEESY CHICKEN CRUNCH 
2 tbsp. lemon juice
6-8 pieces stale bread
4-6 oz. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. almonds or pine nuts
4 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 tsp. fresh minced parsley
1 stick butter, in chunks
2 beaten eggs
Chicken pieces for 6-8 people (I use boneless breasts)

Sprinkle lemon juice over chicken pieces. Put bread crumbs, nuts, sesame seeds, seasoning in food processor using steel blade. Process until crumbs. Add butter in pieces, process with on/off.

Roll chicken in eggs and coat with crumb mixture. Mound any remaining mixture over the top - you'll have a lot - it will adhere to the chicken during baking. Bake 40 minutes or until nicely browned on top.
