MICROWAVE PRALINES 
16 oz. box light brown sugar
1 (1/2 ptsp.) whipping cream
2 c. pecans
1/4 c. butter
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar and whipping cream in bowl. Microwave on High for 13 minutes. Remove and quickly add butter, pecans, salt and vanilla. Beat the mixture, then spoon out by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper. Allow to cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
