TURKEY TERRINE | |
1 lb. ground turkey 3/4 c. white bread crumbs 1/4 tsp. nutmeg Salt, pepper 1 lb. mild pork sausage 1 egg 1/4 tsp. thyme Combine all the ingredients by hand (preferably) and shape into a loaf. Put in greased baking dish with a cover. Bake, covered, in a 325 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. This is best served cold as a pate. |
