MINTS (Version #1) 
3 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
Flavor to taste (peppermint or wintergreen)
1/4 tsp. color

Stir cheese well. Blend in sugar. Add color and mix until well blended. Add flavor and mix well. Add powdered sugar and mix like pie crust (slightly dry). Place in plastic bag to keep from drying out. Pinch off small amount to make balls. Flatten out or put on a press. Serves 100.
