QUICK AND EASY FUDGE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Line bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish with wax paper; set aside.

Combine first 6 ingredients in a 2-quart casserole, stirring gently. Add butter; microwave, uncovered, at high 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir until smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour mixture into prepared dish. Refrigerate until firm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
