STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sliced strawberries, mashed
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 graham cracker pie shell

Beat cream cheese with mixer and add granulated sugar gradually. When well blended, add strawberries. In another bowl, mix powdered sugar and Cool Whip. Fold into strawberry mixture and spoon into pie shell. Freeze for 4 hours. Before serving, garnish with fresh strawberries.
