SUGAR FREE APPLE PIE 
1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice, thawed
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 c. sliced apples
Pie dough for two crust 9-10 inch pie

In jar, shake juice, flour, and cinnamon. Pour into 3 quart pan. Cook over medium heat and stir until boils and thickens. Remove from heat. Add apples and mix until coated. Spoon into pie shell.

Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 35 minutes. Cool on rack.
