RHUBARB CINNAMON COFFEE CAKE 
4 c. rhubarb, cut up
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. nuts
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda

TOPPING:

3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Sprinkle this on top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
