SWEDISH PANCAKES 
2 or 3 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 or 2 tsp. sugar
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat eggs. Add 1/2 milk, add flour, then rest of milk. Melt 2 tablespoons butter; pour into batter. Use good hot pan at 350 degrees. Pancakes are thin.
