SQUASH CASSEROLE 
1 c. milk
3/4 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 c. squash, cooked & drained
1 c. chopped onion
2 eggs
2 c. sharp cheese
Cracker crumbs
1 c. grated cheese

Mix milk, butter, salt and pepper, onion and eggs with squash. Put in layers in greased casserole dish. Layer squash mixture, then cracker crumbs, then cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes.
