COUNTRY STYLE CHICKEN KIEV 
2/3 c. Land O' Lakes sweet cream butter
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil leaves
1 tsp. oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
2 chicken breasts, split (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
1/4 c. white wine or apple juice
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt butter. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, basil, oregano, garlic salt and salt. Dip chicken in melted butter then coat with crumb mixture; reserving remaining butter. Place chicken, skin side up, in ungreased 10 inch pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until chicken is fork tender.

Meanwhile, add wine, green onion and parsley to reserved butter (about 1/2 cup). When chicken is golden brown, pour butter sauce over chicken. Continue baking for 3 to 5 minutes. 4 servings.
