FRUIT SALAD 
11 oz. (1 can) Mandarin oranges
15 oz. (1 can) apricots
15 oz. (1 can) pears
16 oz. (1 pkg.) strawberries (frozen)
6 oz. (1 can) orange juice concentrate
2 to 3 bananas, sliced

Drain Mandarin oranges. Drain and chop apricots and pears. Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate several hours before serving.

Serving suggestions: As a topping on cake; breakfast waffles and pancakes; or as a salad with ham or turkey.
