WINE RHUBARB CRUNCH 
4 c. rhubarb, cubed
3 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello
1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg. Jiffy Yellow cake mix
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. water
4 tbsp. melted butter

Place rhubarb in 8 x 8 inch pan. Sprinkle Jello and sugar on rhubarb. Add cake mix on top, then remaining ingredients. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
