ALISSA'S FAVORITE CAULIFLOWER &
BROCCOLI SALAD
 
1 bunch of broccoli
1 bunch cauliflower
1/2 to 1 lb. bacon, fried crisp & broken into bits
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped red onion
Sunflower seeds (opt.)

Clean and drain thoroughly the vegetables. Chop into fine pieces. Mix: 1/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. vinegar

Add to first ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Stir to coat well before serving.
