ORANGE SPICED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops, 1" to 2" thick
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. ginger

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put pork chops in shallow baking dish, 13"x9". Combine sugar, water, orange juice, mustard and ginger and pour over chops. Bake 20 minutes, turn chops and baste with sauce. Bake 40 minutes longer. To serve, place chops on platter, spoon sauce over them, garnish with orange slices.
