SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 qt. tomatoes or puree
1 pt. tomato paste
1 tbsp. basil
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 cloves garlic or 1/4 tsp. powder
1 tbsp. sugar
1 lb. hamburger
1 tbsp. oil

Put oil in pot. Cut garlic into small pieces and brown. Leave garlic in pot. Add puree and 2 cups water, then paste, basil, salt, oregano, pepper, parsley flakes and sugar. Bring sauce to a boil and turn down to simmer. Stir every 15 minutes. Brown hamburger. Add to sauce and simmer 3 hours. Serve over spaghetti.
