APPLE CRISP 
5 c. sliced apples
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. firm butter

Heat oven to 375°F. Arrange apples in ungreased square pan, 9 x 9 x 2-inch. Mix baking mix, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter until crumbly; sprinkle over apples.

Bake until apples are tender, about 30 minutes.
