CINNAMON ROLLS 
5 1/2-6 c. flour
2 pkg. yeast
1 c. milk
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. melted butter

Stir 2 cups flour with the yeast. Heat milk, water, sugar, oil and salt until 120-130 degrees. Add liquid to yeast, beat on medium 3 minutes until smooth. Add egg. Stir in flour until moderately soft. Knead 10 minutes. Cover and rise 20 minutes. Punch down, roll into a rectangle. Brush with butter, sprinkle on cinnamon and sugar. Roll up, seal the edges and cut in 1 1/2 inch sections.

Place cut side up in 9 x 13 inch pan with a melted butter and brown sugar mixture on the bottom. Rise until double, about 45 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes. When done, flip pan upside down and lift off. Cool.
