PEACHES `N CREAM BARS 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding
3 tbsp. soft butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. peach juice
16 oz. can peaches
Cinnamon & sugar

Beat first 7 ingredients on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into square or pie pan. Drain and reserve juice from 1 (16 ounce) can of sliced peaches. Place drained peaches over batter.

Combine cream cheese, sugar and peach juice; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Spoon to within 1 inch of edge of batter. Sprinkle with mixture of 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
