CHILI ROLL-UPS 
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
1 pkg. yeast
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. flour, sifted
1 can Hormel chili

Scald 1/2 cup milk. Stir in 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 cup shortening. Mix the above together and cool to lukewarm. Mix package of yeast with 1/4 cup warm water; stir until dissolved. Add to lukewarm milk mixture 1 beaten egg, 1/2 cup cornmeal and 1/2 cup sifted flour. Stir until blended and smooth. Cover and let rise about 30 minutes (15 minutes, if Quick Rise Yeast is used). Stir down; if too thick, add a little milk. Fry in skillet as you would a pancake. Fill with Hormel Chili.
