POTATO SALAD 
3 to 4 lbs. potatoes, depending on size, boiled, cooled and cut into bite- size pieces
4 hard-boiled eggs, cut up
1 piece celery, finely chopped
1/2 onion, grated
Parsley
1/2 tsp. celery salt

Mix together.

DRESSING:

1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 pt. salad dressing
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar

Beat above ingredients and add to potato salad. Cut into small pieces 1/4 pound bacon, fry until crisp. Add bacon and about 1 tablespoon of bacon drippings to complete the salad.
