CHEESE BALL 
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. pimento
1-2 tbsp. dill pickle, chopped
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of cayenne pepper
Parsley, chopped
Paprika
Pecans, chopped

Mix first 7 ingredients together until smooth and shape into a ball. Roll ball in parsley, paprika and pecans. Refrigerate overnight to set.
